Dolby Atmos lehet nem tesz jót neki, próbáld kikapcsolni.
Amit találtam értelmes kommentet az ez.
Linken lévő EQ-t érdemes lehet kipróbálni hátha az segít.
Dolby Atmos default EQ setting is terrible for both F5 built-in speakers and external audio. It sounds pretty harsh and thin.
There's a fantastic Dolby Atmos EQ setting for built-in speakers made by "subtodub" shared on this Reddit post. Applying it transformed the speakers from a total disaster to good.

When Dolby Atmos is disabled, the Bluetooth output has the same frequency response as the Redmi Note 7 (Snapdragon 660), but RN7 is a couple of dB louder. I couldn't discern any difference when comparing both phones with my Redmi Airdots 3 (aptX), assuming both are at the same volume. I believe I could easily match the output volume by enabling the regular EQ (not the Dolby Atmos EQ).
What I do is leave Dolby Atmos enabled and turn it off every time I use Bluetooth output. It's not a big deal considering there's a quick shortcut in the control panel. The Dolby Atmos feature is pretty anti-audiophile, as it adds excessive gain, compression, and equalization.
